FAQ

Common questions, answered plainly.

  • How much does a website cost?

Every project is scoped individually based on complexity, features, and business goals. Landing pages start at $3,500, custom business websites range from $7,500–$25,000, and complex SaaS or AI platforms can range from $25,000–$100,000+. During your free consultation, I provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing — no hidden fees, no surprises.

  • How long does development take?

Timelines vary by scope. A standard business website takes 3–5 weeks. E-commerce stores typically take 4–8 weeks. Custom software and SaaS platforms range from 8–20 weeks depending on complexity. I provide a detailed project timeline during the strategy phase and maintain weekly check-ins to ensure we stay on track.

  • Do you offer hosting?

I can provide website hosting and maintenance or build your website on your preferred hosting provider. All websites are built using industry-standard technologies, giving you full ownership and flexibility.

  • Do you build e-commerce stores?

Absolutely. I build Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and fully custom e-commerce platforms. Every store includes payment integration (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay), inventory management, automated tax calculation, shipping integration, and conversion-optimized product pages designed to maximize revenue.

  • Can you build custom software?

Yes — custom software is one of my core specializations. I build SaaS platforms, customer portals, vendor portals, property management systems, and bespoke business management tools. Every system is built with scalable architecture, role-based access control, and integrations with your existing tools.

  • Do you provide SEO?

Every website I build includes foundational SEO: semantic HTML, schema markup, optimized meta tags, fast load times, and mobile-first design. I also offer ongoing SEO services including local SEO landing pages, content strategy, technical audits, and monthly performance reporting to help you rank and convert.

  • Do you serve clients nationwide?

Yes. While I am based in Westchester County, NY and provide dedicated local service throughout the area, I work with clients across the United States. Remote collaboration is seamless with weekly video calls, shared project dashboards, and async updates. Many of my best relationships are with clients I have never met in person.

  • Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. I offer ongoing maintenance and support plans starting at $199/month. Plans include security updates, content updates, performance monitoring, monthly reports, and priority response times. For SaaS and custom software clients, I also offer retainer arrangements for feature development and continuous improvement.
