Services Description
John W Nagle Web Design & Consulting provides website design, e-commerce development, custom software development, AI solutions, and business automation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements signed by both parties.
Project Engagement
All projects begin with a free consultation. Detailed proposals including scope, timeline, pricing, and payment terms are provided before any work begins. A signed agreement and initial deposit are required to secure a project slot.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined per project agreement. Standard terms require a 50% initial deposit with the balance due upon project completion. Larger projects may be structured with milestone payments. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom-designed assets, code, and content created for a project are transferred to the client. Third-party assets, stock images, and licensed software remain subject to their respective licenses. John W Nagle Web Design & Consulting retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
Revisions and Scope Changes
Each project agreement defines the number of included revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed scope are billed at an hourly rate specified in the project agreement.

John W Nagle Web Design & Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our websites or services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Hosting and Maintenance
Websites are hosted on third-party infrastructure. While we recommend hosting and maintenance plans, clients are ultimately responsible for their own hosting decisions and ongoing website maintenance unless a maintenance agreement is in place.
